After Christmas, Jeff and I weighed ourselves are were disgusted with our weight. It is the most we've ever weighed. So we started the journey of making better food choices. We are cutting out all the white stuff (sugar, flour, etc.) and eating the "good" carbs plus wathcing our portions. Jeff has also been skiing more and I have set out to run the Bolder Boulder in May (6.2 miles). I have started training and have 12 weeks to go. To date Jeff has lost 38 lbs and I have lost 17 lbs. Here is a picture of us then and as we lose more I will post more pictures of our progress.
